Servers - Kelsey's - Fernie Alpine Resort

Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. is looking to fill the position of Kelsey’s Restaurant server, at Fernie Alpine Resort. Reporting to the manager on duty, the ideal candidate will be an energetic, well-organized individual with strong communication skills, have a willingness to learn new skills, have a positive attitude and teamwork-oriented, is flexible and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
• Ensuring the highest level of service and guest experience
• Opening/Closing and side duties as per the restaurant systems
• Providing non-stop team work with your teammates and managers
• Selling the Kelsey’s image and promotions to all guests
• Complying with the Occupational Health & Safety Act
Qualifications:
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills
• H.S.I. Micros experience an asset
• Serving it Right certification required
• Previous serving experience an asset
