Bear Aware and Community Eco Garden Apple Juicing Days
If you have excess Fernie apples and want to put them to good use and turn them into apple juice be sure to book a space to join us at our Community Apple Press Days on September 30th and October 1st between 1 and 7pm at the Community Eco Garden.
Contact Kathy from Bear Aware on 250-423-6406 or email kathymurray13@hotmail.com to book your 45 minute time slot. Space is limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
Please bring Fernie apples and containers to put the juice into. Ensure you pick the apples off the tree, as windfall fruit may contain bacteria.
