Raising money for the Fernie Salvation Army Family Services and brought to you by the same team that gave you the Sex and the City movie premiere, this gala promises to be full of sugar and spice (heavy on the spice).
Starting at 8 p.m. on Dec. 5, Lillis and Claude Perreault from The Club House at the FGCC graciously donated the space and will be hosting this fabulous and luxurious event.
Local DJs will be spinning the freshest beats, making everyone dance until the late hours of the night.
While sipping on a red martini, spending some quality time with your friends and enjoying delicious tapas, you will be contributing to the Salvation Army’s devotion to the community.
To assist Fernie families in need, the Salvation Army is calling for community support in order to raise sufficient funds. Since the Wood moved away from Fernie, Freyja Lifestyle Fashions and the Fernie Golf and Country Club took on this year’s fundraising gala.
Sure to sell out, tickets are available at Freyja Lifestyle Fashions from November 1st for a cost of $25. They include complimentary transportation, donated by Kootenay Taxi, to and from the Royal hotel as well as some door swag and an opportunity to win raffle prizes worth fighting for.
Ladies, go shopping for that heavenly dress and grab those high heels that have been sitting in the closet all-summer long.
