The Elk Valley Relay For Life will take place this year on Saturday June 7th at the Fernie Secondary School track.
This is the 6th year for the event in the Elk Valley, which continues to go from strength to strength. With over 200 participants over the 12 hour non-competitive relay day the aim is to raise funds for cancer research, awareness and support and to come together as a community to enjoy a day of fun, exercise and laughter. The Relay for Life remembers those lost to cancer, honours those battling the deadly disease and looks forward to a day when cancer will be eradicated for good.
