Evening of classical music & song

Prepare to be enchanted and enlightened with an evening of classical music and song, by the charismatic and entertaining Four- Ever right here in Fernie at The Arts Station, Friday May 15th, 8pm.
The group FOUR-EVER was formed by 4 music lovers who come from completely different music traditions: Rock & Folk, Opera, Classical and Sacred. And all these forms are a part of their exciting repertoire. As different as that sounds, what they do share is their devotion to constantly discover together new arrangements - adapted for up to four voices and including various instruments.
The group will passionately perform music of England, France, Africa and India. And the program will include…Lakme, Léo Delibes; Scarborough Fair, Trad.; One Hand - One Heart; Mozart’s Cosi Fan Tutte & Magic Flute; Month of May, Thomas Morley; Thula Baba; Sweet And Low; Tumbalalaika; Christopher Robin; Nightingale and Dim Dim to name a few….
“We continually search for music from all over the world and continents, people, cultures and different epochs to bring them alive and to offer them to the audience”. So if you are looking for an evening of heartfelt classical music and song, prepare to be enchanted and enlightened by the charismatic and entertaining ways of FOUR-EVER here at The Arts Station, Friday May 15th, 8pm.
Tickets are $12 Member, $15 non-member and $8 youth. Tickets are available in Fernie from Freshies, Carosella’s and The Arts Station. And are available in Jaffray at the Pump & Pantry.
