The RDEK Board is considering moving forward with an Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) block exclusion application for rural properties in the Elk Valley. The exclusion application may include those lands identified for ALR exclusion or boundary adjustment in the Elk Valley Agricultural Land Reserve Review Project Report. As part of the process, the Board has authorized a public hearing in order to gather the views of residents and property owners. The public hearing will be held Monday, October 25 at the Hosmer community hall.
