Pinnacle Pilates (formerly LW Pilates) instructors Louise & Carolyn will be offering free 30 minute pilates sessions on Saturday 30th October between 1pm and 3pm. So if you fancy giving it a try come and see us at our new location 661B 2nd Avenue (basement of Fernie General Store).
