Introduction to Chi-Kung

Chi Kung, or Qiqong, is the ancient Chinese practice of cultivating and moving energy (chi) for increased vitality, health and fitness.

Participants will learn several basic breathing and movement exercises, includingthe form "Puch the Mountain, Move the Sea," a longtime secret exercise among martial artists for developing increased vitality.

Instructors David and Kathy Crowe have studied tai chi, chikung and kung fu for over ten years at the Hall of the Peaceful Dragon in Charlotte, NC, USA and are lineage teachers of the American Center for Chinese Studies.
