Strength & Agility Training - New Course at Evolution!

Aimed at those who have some previous knowledge of Pilates or core conditioning. This will be a dynamic, full-body workout that will give you the strong, sculpted body you’ve always wanted!

Using the added resistance of the Flex-Band®, Fitness Circle®, and Toning Balls, along with stability balls and the BOSU for balance, overall conditioning, cross-training and a strong, injury-resistant core.

Starting Thursday 21 May 6pm-7pm at Evolution with Louise Wight (STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor). Cost - $60 for 6 weeks. Open to all.
