Why:
Freyja Lifestyle Fashion, with the immense cooperation of the Clubhouse Restaurant located at the Fernie Golf and Country Club, are most pleased to announce the ICE Gala, happening Friday December 4th.
The purpose of the gala is to raise much needed funds for the Fernie Salvation Army’s Family Services…and to have a Fernie Formal good time.
Every holiday season the local Salvation Army gears up to fundraise dollars that will support the Family Services for the entire next year. In the 2008 holiday season a goal of $50,000 was set in order to keep operations at status quo.
Our Red and Black Gala last year raised $8181 towards that goal.
This year the strain on our communities “working poor” is even greater. We strongly believe we can help this situation. The organizers aim to raise $5000+ for the cause this year but, in order to make this party a smashing success we need your support.

Frost Yourself: This years theme is ICE!!! Think white, blues, blacks and silver! Picture James Bond and Halle Berry at the glacier party....

Who: DJ Friendly Fire and the Fernie Yacht Club gonna melt this ice cap.
