Cheers! Wapiti is off to a fantastic start!
The 2012 Wapiti Music Festival kicked off ticket sales with an unprecedented turn selling out Early Bird tickets in just one day. Advance Tickets are now on sale for $45.
Advance tickets are only on sale until August 1st or while quantities last.

Who’s playing? You’re asking so we’re telling! Bands are signing on here and there with more coming down the pipe in the next few months.
So far the all-Canadian eclectic lineup includes:
The Boom Booms – A six-piece Latin-soul-funk-rock-reggae band, forged from friendships born on the school yards, soccer fields, cafe patios and eventually bars of East Vancouver.
The British Columbians – Our finest selection for the Rock’n’Roll quotient of Wapiti.
The Zolas – Infectious indie-pop songs with hairpin turns, schizoid piano throwdowns, and a sort of cabaret strut. Dance party!

Wapiti runs two days, Friday August 10th and Saturday the 11th. Plan to join the kickoff Friday evening and dance into the night, return Saturday for a full day and night of entertainment. Expect to rock, expect to dance, expect the unexpected.
