Consultant

I see now, according to the Free Press, the city is planning on hiring yet another consultant to advise them on revamping the DCC charges to developers, now, whether they need or do not need looking at depends on who you talk to, that is not the issue, the issue is that we now have in place in city hall a team of well paid senior staff who should be able to advise on this matter without outside hired help, council should also be able to make a decision on this on thier own, taxpayers money being spent again, maybe we should just get rid of senior staff and council and hire a "Consultant" to run the city !!!
