i was at thunder meadows a couple weeks ago. the bilers had been there all over the basin around the hut. we talked to the group that had been there before us and they said they talked to some of these guys and they were from jaffray. sounds like its supposed to be non motorized untill march 15, like tunnel creek. most sledheads have been respecting these dates in the past. funny thing is with all the places to go sledding why go up to one place that is home to the local ski touring hut? when we were there we were skiing the otherside into cabin bowl and orca bowl so it didnt affect us but its still a pile of crap. so all you tough guys who get on a machine and blast into the bush think about the people who actually work to get into the backcountry and have some respect...

There were also a couple sleds on the top of polar peak last wknd. Too bad that a couple of people can bad name to so many.
