Sitting in the office, which is between Cincott and Dr. Rumple's we get an endless stream of traffic. I can't tell you how many of these cars, trucks and SUV's just let their vehicles idle while they go in to grab their lunch or get their treatment. If it was a minute or two, it wouldn't be as bad, but I am talking about 10 or 15 minutes at a time. I don't get it. How can people just let their cars sit there for all that time with a clear conscience? So your car gets cold again when you turn it off. Big frickin deal. |

You should run outside and move them around the block.

You could ask the City to install one of their Idle-Free Zone signs along that block. But then I've seen cars left idling right under one of those signs. They're about as effective as the Drug-Free Zone signs, which I've always found a little strange. Does that mean that areas without a sign are Drug-OK Zones?

sit in the car, smoke a joint with the windows up, and THEN leave it on the other side of the block....

Or just go outside and turn them off!
