- new daylodge
- big mountain instruction center
- terrain park with small and medium features
- increased low end and intermediate terrain on the new side
- hire more avalanche control people (not necessarily more patrol)
- move the elk chair to currie with access off the new high speed deer chair.
- 6 pack high speed elk chair
- timber chair moved to the top of the white pass and converted to a gondola with a mid station located near the white pass load.
- White pass chair moved onto falling star into lost boys pass to create new beginner/intermediate terrain.
- Daylodge at top of Elk.
- Snack shop (warming hut) top of White Pass and bottom of cedar.
I realize that some of these are major infrastructure upgrades, but it doesn't hurt to dream about it.

Better communication with the public .... Especially in times of closures. If the public has a better idea of what is going on they will probably bitch less on forums like this!

how about opening the headwall whenever conditions permit. it is the most avalanche controlled terrain on the mountain. might as well ski it when you can.
and why not put the face lift to the top of polar peak. that would be cool!
or a lift from the bottom of the haul back to the top of snake ridge!
