The hot and dry weather experienced this summer has increased the demand for water for lawn and flower bed watering that leaves little water in reserve for routine maintenance and emergency response. • Users are asked to restrict their water use to watering only on • Times of the day that cause particular problems are between the As the City grows, water storage and distribution systems are stretched to accommodate the growth. Reservoirs, Booster Stations and Pipeline upgrades are all projects identified to be built or upgraded with funding assistance coming through Development Cost Charge Funds which are paid into by all new development property in the City. Water conservation will allow us time for those funds to grow before those major upgrades are required.
