Not that I eat it very often, but when I do I would like to be assured it is organic, or responsibly fished. Could anyone tell me where I can find organic meat locally (not in bulk as I don't own a deep freeze yet) and ethical fish? I don't go to the 'big' grocery store at the end of town - maybe they have something? Been meaning to figure this out for 3 years - the time is ripe! |

I don't eat meat or fish at all, but I think one of the best ways would be to inquire at the farmers markets and local producers. I know that there are some small scale farms around that use good free range and organic methods. If I were to eat meat, I would want to know that it came from a happy and healthy animal. Maybe try asking at Cincott Nurseries. They seem pretty involved and informed. Good luck!
