THAT Bylaw 2035 to amend the Fernie Alpine Resort Official Community Plan designation for a portion of the Resort property on Fernie Ski Hill Road to accommodate construction of a duplex building as part of the Polar Peak Lodges Development be introduced for first reading.

I don't know any more than this as so I certainly don't want to jump to conclusions, but my first reaction is to wonder what's wrong with the current plan?
