The Image Publishing module supports 3rd party image upload and management applications.
Gallery RemoteTo use a Gallery Remote client, configure the client with http://www.ourfernie.com, enter your OurFernie username and password and click export!
This module has been tested successfully with the Java Gallery Remote clients, and digiKam.
If you use iPhoto on a Mac iPhotoToGallery is easy to install and works like a charm.
Windows Web Publishing Wizard
Windows XP and on have an interesting built-in shell feature called the Publishing Wizard. The sidebar task "Publish this file/folder to the Web" invokes the Web Publishing Wizard. When this task is invoked, the Web Publishing Wizard offers a list of sites to which your images can be published. The list comes from the registry, and with this module, you can add Drupal sites to that list.The below link will send a registry editor file to your computer. Merging this file will add a new option to the list of sites to which Web content can be published, using the Publish this file/folder to the Web option in Explorer.Install Windows Web Publishing Wizard Support.
