This is rather early in the season, but I thought I could start the hunt now! I'm currently renting a house with three very productive apple trees and will have scads of good eating/baking apples in the fall. |

luckily for fernie.... rhubarb grows a plenty in this valley. i'm amazed, watching as the leaves start to form SO early in the season. As of today, April 18th, the leaves are already palm sized. I'd be glad to share our patch with you. Rhubarb freezes SO well, and goes SO well with strawberries.
