To the person who left the note outside our house in West Fernie this afternoon regarding our dog being outside on the deck. First off, who the hell are you to tell us how to take care of our dog? Do you even know us? He lives in a house with 6 people and gets more attention than most dogs, gets taken on at least 2 walks a day and usually only spends about 2 hours a day on his own. Sorry you heard him whining on the deck, but he is only 6 months old and could hear us inside the house, he doesn't know any better and if you would have checked you would have noticed he had both his full bowl of food and water out there with him. Anyway, long story short, if you read this and I hope you do. Why don't you come back to our house and have a chat with all of us about how we raise our dog before leaving some friggin' note attacking us like that? Sorry to everyone else reading this to go off like this but it has been really bugging me and everyone else in our house all day. We take care of our dog just as good or better than anyone else would. |

What did the note say? Scan and post it; someone may recognise the handwriting!
That's what goes on round these parts in the UK, people leave bitchy notes on your car (or motorbike) windscreen if they don't like something you've done... now people scan them and post em up around the place to find the identity of the person who did it.
Not sure what happens then, but I can imagine....

Couldt agree with you more mate. I had some wank steel my block heater cable, then the next day he left a note on my truck informing me thet i was not allowed to plug in my truck, due to him feeling it was not cold enough for such action. WTF ! come to my door and i will explain to you why the truck is plugged in, dont just steel the cable then leave a note. These peolpe are clearly -- with nothing better to do !!!!!!

While I'm sure Fernie is loaded full of closet cases, there's no need to be passive-homophobic, a - wouldn't know what the hell to do with a power cable from a truck. Seriously. So I suggest you stick to the concept of gutless heteros.

Actually, I found the implication that homosexuals don't know anything about cars to be offensive.

Haha this is a classic OurFernie thread. A disagreement about "how to treat a pet" turns into "gay people steal things and dont know how to fix cars". Then everyone starts secretly questioning the sexuality of frequent posters.
Wheres Steve? He could clear this up.

Are you gay? Or are you getting offended at my remarks on behalf of those on OurFernie who actually are gay?

Does it matter? I found the comment offensive, just like I find it offensive when people say something is "gay" when they mean shitty or uncool.
