The Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) and Island Lake Holdings (ILH) invite residents of the East Kootenay region to attend an Open House - Thursday Aug 14th, 7:30pm, Park Place Lodge, 741 Hwy 3, Fernie. The purpose of this meeting is to present the Draft Official Community Plan (OCP) that has been prepared by ILH and RDEK concerning the proposed long-term master plan for Island Lake land holdings. Public input/comment is welcomed at this meeting and a public comment period will also be established following the Open House.
If you are unable to attend the Open House, the draft OCP document, map schedules and comment form will be available at the RDEK website at www.rdek.bc.ca on Aug 14 2008.
