My principle belief in Massage therapy is simply to help you reach your goal--be it for wellness or recovery. Just like we take care of our cars, our homes, and our busy lives--I believe that we should also give that same consideration and simple maintenance to our bodies.
A client once shared this piece of advice on the subject of massage - "If we don't take care of our bodies, where do you think we're going to live?"
It is important that you find a therapist that is right for you as massage therapy is a very personal form of healing and your experiences with each RMT can be completely different. My massage focuses on you and can be adjusted based on what you communicate to me.
